An uplifting singing experience in Drakes Place - No experience necessary!
An uplifting group singing experience with Singer-songwriter Kelsey Michael.
We'll be serenading the beautiful trees of Drakes Place.
Come and sing folk and nature-songs including short rounds, traditional Celtic songs, English Folk song and contemporary Folk. Sing to the trees, the creatures who live in them and celebrate the incredible ways they communicate with each other. If rainy there are arches in the park for shelter.
No singing experience needed, just a willingness to have a go and have fun! Songs will be learnt by ear. You are also welcome to come and just listen.
This event is timed to finish before the film event at Plymouth Art Cinema where at 6.30pm they will be showing Heart of an Oak.
This event is outdoors so please dress appropriately. If it's rainy we can sing under the arches.
This free event is open to all ages!
