"I enjoyed joining a group of people who were all fascinated by bats"

Matt's bats

We'll use bat detectors to hear and see bats!

Bats use urban trees in a wide variety of ways. Join us for a guided bat walk led by arboriculturist Matt Underwood and ecologist Lousie Henry. You can have a go at using a bat detector to hear these fascinating creatures, learn about their calls, and see them in flight.

This will be an easy walk but there will be some slopes, so please wear sensible clothing. It will be dark, so please bring a torch if you have one.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Starts on Friday 16th th May at 8:30pm and finishes at 10:00pm.

This event is being held at/starts at The Meadow Cafe, Mayflower Drive, Plymouth PL2 3DG

The What 3 Words location is piano.feast.tender

We have a limited number of detectors so if you register but are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so people don't miss out.
