Join Andrew Young on this fascinating walk and talk
Trees are one of the reasons why Central Park is special. Its main paths are lined with historic tree avenues, there are amazing specimens in the grounds of Pounds House and hedgerow veterans survive from the park’s previous use as farmland.
This fascinating walk through the park will be about a mile long on tarmac paths and take about two hours. Meet Andrew on the south side of Pounds House (the park side) at 9.30 am.
Another session will be available at 4.30 pm.
