Tree-themed Silent Disco Yoga

Come and celebrate our beautiful urban trees with an immersive, tree-themed yoga experience on Plymouth Hoe.

You will be given a set of wireless headphones for the session, and will hear some relaxing and uplifting tunes while listening to Michelle talk you through the yoga poses.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a large towel. Wear comfortable clothing and warm layers. You may also wish to bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.

This is an inclusive session, open to all ability levels, including complete beginners.

Suitable for ages 16 and over.

The event is 'pay as you feel/ are able to'. All donations will go to supporting the work of Plymouth Tree Partnership.

WHEN: Saturday 13th May, 11:30am

WHERE: In front of the Sensory Garden (near Osborne Place), Hoe Park, Plymouth. Just off the Hoe Promenade and adjacent to the Sir Francis Drake statue.

If the weather is very wet on the day we will postpone the class and offer another date before May 21st. In case of cancellation, we will contact you by 09:30 on the day.
