Taster session in environmental arts therapy in Central Park
We invite you to discover the mighty Oak (‘Duir’ in Sanskrit) known as King of the trees, on Monday 20th May at 10.00 - 12.30 & 2.00 - 4.30 in Central Park, Plymouth.
Both experiential workshops are designed to offer a repeat taster in environmental arts therapy.
The group will use creative techniques, embodiment and natural materials to connect to ourselves and nature. Exploring Oak’s qualities and metaphors we’ll guide you through a doorway to experience aspects of your higher self.
Facilitated by experienced environmental arts therapists Gin Farrow-Jones & Caz Hoar. Places are priced £6.50 per person thanks to the festival’s generous subsidy.
No previous arts experience or equipment needed, just your curiosity, but more information is found at catdevon.org.uk/our-projects.
Please inform us of any accessibility needs by emailing gin@catdevon.org.uk (check your spam for replies) well ahead of the workshop you are attending to help us select the best routes. No dogs please.
